The income tax trial of Art Farnsworth (audio)

Mark Lane, Esq.

by Mark Yannone

Digg!

After a false start and months of delay by the federal government, the federal income tax trial of Art Farnsworth was restarted in Philadelphia. Mr. Farnsworth's attorney is none other than the famous Mark Lane.

Ken Evans, in whose civil trial the federal government repeatedly defied and ignored his judge's direct orders, provides some helpful background and a summary of the first day's events, including jury selection, the judge's misleading jury instructions, and opening statements from both parties, here.

Since this is such a great opportunity to witness the blatant lies of the United States federal government in open court, I will post links and information here daily about this trial, as they become available.

As a warm-up introduction, the wonderful story of a jury that wasn't afraid to take on the IRS is available for your listening pleasure here.
